The Executive Studio is located in the basement of Laurel House. The Studio has separate access directly from the car park to a private entrance. This stylish studio apartment is spacious and comfortable and offers all the necessary amenities for a business/leisure trip. Guests enter into the living area/ bedroom of the apartment. There is a secluded area as a workspace/dressing area. The bedroom leads on to the modern kitchen and finally the bathroom.

Each apartment in Laurel House benefits from a Smart HDTV, workspace with conveniently located sockets, free wifi, washing/drying machine and warm lighting. The large bedrooms benefit from comfortable double beds, Egyptian cotton linen, blackout blinds and bluetooth speaker sockets. The kitchens in each apartment are equipped with a kettle, toaster, cooking appliances, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans. Complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, breakfast cereals, milk and mini toiletries are also supplied as part of a welcome pack to all new arrivals.

There is on-site parking for one vehicle – free of charge. The property also boasts a communal private porch with seating for all guests to enjoy during the warmer months!

Additional fees – non-refundable £40 cleaning fee & a £200 fully-refundable damage deposit is applicable per property booked. Parking is free for one vehicle per apartment.
