I’d have to say this spot was the one of the best I’ve been to using Airbnb. The house was spotless with beautiful interior decoration and comfortable beds. The host gave us a range of complimentary snacks. The cinema room was so cool however the garden was absolutely mesmerising and my personal favourite. I am not a bot, Ive been travelling to several countries for years now and I really recommend if you’re looking for somewhere to stay and spend a relaxing time with friends or friendly then choose this place because it will exceed all your expectations. The hosts were so helpful, kind and their communication was swift and resolved any potential issues we may had faced however, fortunately we faced no complications during our stay, it was perfect.

This is an exceptional place to stay, and I highly recommend it. The experience was outstanding, and the accommodations were easily accessible. The staff was responsive and attentive at all times. I will definitely be staying here again.

We wanted somewhere that had a fab communal area and the place worked really well, with the bedrooms being spacious and very comfy, & the communal area was perfect for what we wanted. We stayed in having good food & enjoying the company, so going out wasn't something we wanted as part of our weekend, but the guide was useful with recommendations of restaurants etc. We did go for a little walk.

Clean and tidy with lots of personal touches to make us feel welcomed and at home. Felt like a nice and calm location with plenty of shops and entertainment near by. Parking is great and off the road, beds very comfortable and heating was quick to have an effect. Nice touches with ambient lighting for at night time with kids, and tvs in every room. Good value for money and a great host- Would definitely recommend.

Very good place to book when going with a group of friends or big families. Spacious kitchen and dining room space. Bedrooms were clean, all en suite. Location is quiet but also close to shops and center. Thank you for letting us stay. Will definitely book again and would recommend to everyone.

Our stay at Nanaki’s place was wonderful! The space was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Nanaki was a thoughtful host—responsive, helpful, and made us feel right at home. We’d happily return and highly recommend this lovely spot to others!

This apartment is in pristine condition. Its situated very near the local train station and also near secured car parking facilities.
The town centre is a short 5min walk, there's several restaurants and a full shopping district.
The apartment always has complimentary breakfast, tea, x
condiments and lovely bowl of sweets.. a really warm & thoughtful gesture for guests.

A immaculately decorated and recently done up house, with four good sized bedrooms and four bathrooms. Lot of attention to detail, such as soft closing doors and underfloor heating, milk and cereal. It was perfect us as a group of four friends having a lovely catch up and also trying on dresses at a lovely local and helpful bridal shop. Loads and loads of great options for food near by and town a short walk/ or tap on to one of the very frequent bus extremely quick buses.
Nanaki was extremely responsive and helpful.

I recently stayed at Elm House and had a fantastic experience! This deluxe 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom apartment in central Reading is perfect for exploring the area. It truly feels like a home away from home, combining residential comfort with hotel luxury.
Each bedroom is beautifully furnished, and the modern bathrooms were a highlight, providing a refreshing experience after a day out. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches, like bottled water, milk in the fridge, and a supply of cereals.
The attention to detail at Elm House is impressive, and I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Reading. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a stylish and comfortable place to stay!

A thoroughly enjoyable 7 nights family vacation.
The apartment was immaculately clean from top to bottom and had all the basics we needed.
Building was easy to access and parking space was comfortably big.
Communication with the team was handled in a timely and friendly manner.
Fans were also left in the apartment for us which was great as we stayed during a heatwave!
Overall I would highly recommend this property to anyone!! 5 stars all around 🌟

needed a large, safe, comfortable and peaceful space for my family as we came to lay my mum to rest.
This was beyond prefect. I let my wife and adult children in first. They were impressed It looked and felt 5*. extremely clean in all areas. Two bathrooms, large twin room and study walk in wallrobe on upper floor.
Spacious open plan fully fitted kicthen, dishwasher, washing machine all very useful. Love that it was a gas cooker. Top spec tech, with video entry, cool lighting, very large tv all usual channels.
coming back here after mum's funeral made it easy, i didnt have to think about anything domestic, all our needs were met.
Our host were compassionate knowing why we were here and allowed a later leave time because we lost an hour.
