We stayed for a visit to the Reading festival. Flat is very tidy and easy to find. Walking distance to the festival. Has secure parking behind a security gate which can only be accessed via secure key fob or code. Flat was very tidy, clean and as described. I would stay here again if I was visiting Reading. Thank you also for the welcome pack/gifts very well received!

It was the most ideal location as we attended Reading Festival as it was only a 20minute walk. The apartment itself was clean, spacious but also homey. With a lovely handwritten card along with sweets drinks and breakfast bits something so simple but such a lovely gesture!
Would 100% stay there again if I were to ever visit reading again!

Great place. Very clean. Renovated. Everything is new and well kept. Location is also great. Parking is very convenient. We had a great time staying there. We will definitely stay there again given the opportunity. It will be our first choice. Nanki was also very helpful and very communicative. We never needed to contact for anything after checking in since everything was just perfect.

This my third visit at Chester House because it is clean, safe, close enough to amenities, and really is equipped with all you need in the flat for a homely stay. Thanks again and see you soon.

I just wanted to thank Nanaki and the Kennet Apartment team so much. We had a really nice trip which was all made possible thanks to the airbnb. We really appreciated the space, location and hospitality. I also left my flask behind and the Kennet team reminded me and allowed me to pick it up immediately, which was greatly appreciated. It isn't the first time I've stayed at a Kennet Apartment and it won't be the last. Thank you so much.

Great location for visiting Legoland and Chessington World of Adventure. Gated access and car park so felt perfectly safe and secure. Clean and comfy apartment for a family of four to stay in. Very thoughtful amenities such as washing tablets, dishwasher tablets, milk etc. Beds were comfy and immaculately clean. Stayed during a very hot few days but there was a fan in each bedroom which made it bearable. Would highly recommend. Thank you!

A very nice, spacious house, very clean (thank you, Dipa) that worked well for us 3 adults and a child. Having a second shower was a bonus as was having fans in all three bedrooms especially being in the middle of another heatwave! The parking space out front took 2 cars which was very convenient for us.

We had the most wonderful weekend at this beautiful home. It was spotless when we arrived and had plenty of room for us all to be together, but not on top of each other.
The garden was lovely and the cinema room was a fun addition.
The team were very professional and always on hand if we had any questions.

Great place to stay, really pleased with the accommodation, as soon as we entered the flat we were impressed with the layout and facilities and on site parking.
Comfortable, bright and clean and well maintained, with good quality fittings.
Also just a few minutes drive to get on to the A33 and then 15 minutes on a dual carriageway into the centre of Reading.

Excellent apartment, as described. Host and team were excellent communicators and helpful ahead of stay. Easy parking and access, lovely and clean inside. It was hot during our stay but the fans worked well to keep the apartment comfortable at night. Thank you for a great stay - would definitely rebook if required.
Location is great 5mins to shopping and food complex, restaurants etc.

We stayed here as a base for travelling into London and to nearby theme parks with our two children . The apartment is absolutely gorgeous. It's even better than the photos. Everything you could need is included such as dishwasher tablets, washing tablets, toiletries. It was very peaceful, even though we faced the main road. We used the shared garden space once which was nice to do on a warm evening.
The apartment was spotlessly clean and it was really handy having a washer/dryer to use.
We would absolutely stay here again and have already recommended to our friends.
