The Deluxe Penthouse Apartment is located on the top floor of Laurel House. The Apartment is accessed from the communal hallway of the building. From the hallway guests can access the lounge and bedroom. The bedroom of this modern one-bedroom apartment has the added benefit of a workspace/dressing area. The kitchen/living area of the apartment has sofa and fitted Smart TV onto the exposed brickwork wall. The ultra-modern shower room of this penthouse apartment is accessed through the kitchen.

Each apartment in Laurel House benefits from a Smart HDTV, workspace with convenient sockets, free Wi-Fi, washing/drying machine and warm lighting. The large bedrooms benefit from comfortable double beds, Egyptian cotton linen, blackout curtains and Bluetooth speaker sockets. The kitchens in each apartment are equipped with a kettle, toaster, cooking appliances, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans. Each bathroom is equipped with high pressured power showers and movement sensor lighting. Complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, breakfast cereals, milk and mini toiletries are also supplied as part of a welcome pack to all new arrivals.

There is on-site parking for one vehicle – free of charge. The property also boasts a communal private porch with seating for all guests to enjoy during the warmer months!

Additional fees – non-refundable £40 cleaning fee & a £200 fully-refundable damage deposit is applicable per property booked. Parking is free for one vehicle per apartment.
