Malthouse Court is our original Kennet Serviced Apartments property, established in 2016. A beautifully appointed block of 14 high quality apartments. The building is conveniently situated in the heart of Reading town centre, with excellent transport links to both the M4 and Reading train station. 20-30 minutes to central London by train, Reading has the UK at its fingertips.
Each apartment offers a mix of contemporary design with modern features to create a perfect home for your stay.
Choose from either a one or two bedroom serviced apartment, each furnished to the highest standard. All apartments feature a fully-equipped modern kitchen, with top of the range appliances and a comfortable living/dining room so you can make yourself at home. Each bedroom is fitted with a luxury double bed, fitted with high quality Egyptian cotton linen perfect for a great night’s sleep! As well as plenty wardrobe and storage space! You’ll also find stylish bathrooms and an en-suite shower room in our larger apartments.
Gated parking can be arranged and is charged at £10 per vehicle, per night. Subject to availability, 2.1m height and 2.3m width restrictions apply.
Additional fees – non-refundable £45 cleaning fee & a £200 fully-refundable damage deposit is applicable per property booked
